1. Agreement

By paying a deposit, signing up for a plan, or otherwise using BreezyPixels services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

BreezyPixels provides custom website design for local and service businesses, along with related hosting, maintenance, and support under a monthly plan. Scope of work for each project is defined by the deposit checkout and any questionnaire or brief you complete.

3. Deposit and design timeline

A refundable $100 deposit reserves your design slot. We aim to deliver your finished design within 7 days of receiving the information we need from you. If we miss that deadline, see our Refund Policy.

4. Monthly plan

After launch, service continues on a $50/month plan that includes hosting, security monitoring, daily backups, a custom domain (where applicable), and unlimited design revisions while your subscription is active. The plan begins with a 30-day free trial. There is no long-term contract; you may cancel anytime.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, logos, and photos you have the right to use
  • Respond to review requests in a reasonable timeframe so we can meet the 7-day design window
  • Not use the site for illegal, harmful, or infringing content

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide (brand assets, copy, photos). Upon full payment of applicable fees (or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy when a free design is owed), you receive a license to use the finished website for your business. We may showcase anonymized or attributed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreezyPixels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amounts you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
