Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back for BreezyPixels deposits and related fees. It works together with our Terms of Service.

2. $100 design deposit

Your $100 deposit is fully refundable under the guarantees below. It reserves your build slot and, when you approve and continue, is applied toward your plan as described at checkout.

3. If we miss the 7-day deadline

If we do not deliver your finished design within 7 days of receiving the information we need from you, you are entitled to a full refund of your $100 deposit. You also keep the completed website design at no charge.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

After you first see your finished design, you have 30 days to request a full refund of your deposit for any reason. No forms beyond a simple request, and no hard feelings.

5. Monthly plan and free trial

The $50/month plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing for that period. After the trial, charges are month to month; cancel anytime to stop future billing. Paid monthly fees already processed for a completed billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or we state otherwise in writing.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@breezypixels.com (or reply to any project email from us) within the applicable window. Include the email used at checkout and a brief note that you are requesting a refund. We aim to process approved refunds within a few business days; timing on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
